Among her most notable achievements are a BSc Hons degree in Sports Therapy and Exercise Rehab, a CrossFit Level 2 certification, and becoming a certified Forrest Yoga Teacher.

These 4-night-stay retreats are crafted with wellness and personal growth in mind.
